# Vertical Pricing Model

Purpose: set the starting monthly price for **1 MySam Agent** at **30% of estimated monthly revenue leakage**.

This is a proposal model, not a promise. Replace the assumptions with the buyer's real call volume, close rate, and value during discovery.

---

## Pricing Formula

```text
monthly leakage =
  monthly inbound lead opportunities
  x missed/delayed lead rate
  x expected close rate on captured leads
  x conservative won-lead value
weekly leakage = monthly leakage / 4.33
1-Agent starting price = monthly leakage x 30%
```

Default missed/delayed rate: **28%**.

Why 28%: CallRail reports that, on average, 28% of calls to businesses go unanswered. Other missed-call studies cite higher small-business rates, but 28% keeps the first pricing model conservative.

Why speed matters: Harvard Business Review's lead-response research found companies that respond within an hour are nearly seven times as likely to qualify a lead as those that wait longer. This supports treating slow response like leakage, not just inconvenience.

## Recommended Starter Prices

| Vertical | Monthly Lead Assumption | Missed/Delayed Rate | Close Rate | Conservative Won-Lead Value | Est. Weekly Leakage | Est. Monthly Leakage | 1-Agent Starter Price at 30% |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|
| Med Spa & Aesthetics | 40 consult leads | 28% | 35% | $1,800 first-year client value | $1,630 | $7,056 | **$2,100/mo** |
| Dental & Orthodontics | 25 new-patient leads | 28% | 70% | $700 first-year patient revenue | $792 | $3,430 | **$1,000/mo** |
| Home Services | 60 service/quote calls | 28% | 50% | $900 blended job value | $1,746 | $7,560 | **$2,250/mo** |
| Legal Services | 40 inquiries | 28% | 14% | $4,000 retained-client value | $1,448 | $6,272 | **$1,900/mo** |
| Fitness, Wellness & Salons | 50 booking/package leads | 28% | 50% | $1,200 client value | $1,940 | $8,400 | **$2,500/mo** |
| Auto Repair & Detailing | 50 service/estimate calls | 28% | 55% | $650 average repair/order value | $1,156 | $5,005 | **$1,500/mo** |
| Real Estate & Property Services | 40 buyer/seller/renter inquiries | 28% | 3% | $10,000 commission value | $776 | $3,360 | **$1,000/mo** |

Use rounded prices in proposals. If the buyer's actual numbers produce a higher result, price from their math.

## Vertical Notes

### Med Spa & Aesthetics

Source-backed value anchor:

- Dean Garland's med spa LTV analysis lists average first-year Botox/neurotoxin value around $1,800 and 5-year value around $9,000.
- Boulevard reports average med spa revenue around $1.8M-$2M annually in 2025, supporting high lead-value sensitivity.

Proposal line:

> If the practice misses just eleven consult opportunities in a month, and only four of those would have become clients, the leakage is already around $7K before considering repeat visits.

### Dental & Orthodontics

Source-backed value anchor:

- Overjet says a healthy practice often targets 20-30 new patients per month.
- Vyne Dental cites roughly $700 annual revenue and $7,000-$10,000 lifetime value per patient.
- Delmain cites survey-backed gross production around $4,200 per patient, with many practices reporting $5,500-$7,500 LTV.

Proposal line:

> This model prices only against first-year patient value. If we price against lifetime value, the leakage number gets much larger fast.

### Home Services

Source-backed value anchor:

- Angi lists average HVAC repair around $350, with a broad range up to $3,000.
- Home service calls often include replacements, emergency work, and estimates, so the proposal model uses a blended $900 won-job value.

Proposal line:

> In home services, the first company to answer often owns the job. The price is anchored to recovered calls, not software seats.

### Legal Services

Source-backed value anchor:

- LexGro and AgentZap report an average law-firm inquiry-to-client conversion around 14%, with top performers far higher.
- The model uses a conservative $4,000 retained-client value. Many practice areas will be higher.

Proposal line:

> At legal lead values, even a low close rate makes missed intake expensive.

### Fitness, Wellness & Salons

Source-backed value anchor:

- Kilo cites average U.S. gym client LTV around $1,381.55.
- Bella Booking gives a salon CLV example of $95 per visit x 8 visits per year x 4 years = $3,040.
- The model uses $1,200 to avoid overpricing early proposals.

Proposal line:

> The missed lead is not one missed appointment. It is the first appointment, rebooking, membership/package conversion, retail, and referrals.

### Auto Repair & Detailing

Source-backed value anchor:

- Kelley Blue Book/Cox Automotive reports consumers spend an average of $838 fixing vehicles.
- PartsTech-related shop data cites many shops with average repair orders between $500 and $749.
- The model uses $650 as the conservative won-order value.

Proposal line:

> A missed call at a shop is often a missed bay slot, missed estimate, and missed repeat customer.

### Real Estate & Property Services

Source-backed value anchor:

- Clever reports average total realtor commission around 5.70%, typically split between sides.
- On a roughly $400K transaction, a single-side commission near 2.5% is about $10K.
- The model uses a low 3% lead-to-client conversion to stay conservative.

Proposal line:

> Real estate can tolerate a lower conversion rate because one captured client can pay for months of the system.
